im sort of an expert in old bmx bikes. Unless you find one from somebody who doesn’t know what they have it is not an investment. I expect the market on them to crash in the future when the people who grew up with them start passing....

Go on ancestry.com and create an account. Pay the fee. Put in your parents info, then their parents and their parents. From there should you should be able to get everything. Worked for me.
I have traced back all of my lines except for my dad’s grandmother. I could never find anything on her family...

I agree. If you are OK with living in Texas all your life then UT masters as good as it gets.
The same is probably true for every other state though, and their respective state university....

I enjoy Duke sports so for that reason alone I would like it.
No MLB sadly but the Durham bulls are a pretty historic AAA team.
Not too far from the mountains and the beach as said before.
I like where I’m at in Texas but if I was from somewhere I hated it would definitely be on my list...

Culturally they are conservative. Statistically they still vote D. I think this is because a lot don’t vote though....
