Starfish island in Belize was a decent excursion. It’s a private island beach. You can pick up starfish and play with them. Food was cooked by the locals. coconut rice and chicken curry or something. It was good. Drinks were served in a coconut. Not too expensive maybe 100/person if I remember right...
