I went to a dance at my cousins school when I was 13. At that time, I was about 5'10. There was a girl in his class who was about 6'2 and naturally, she asks ME to dance since I was one of the taller guys there. Pretty awkward feeling if I'm being honest. ...

You really should have the title as under 5'9. Guys 5'9 and up usually don't have any issues but the ones that are 5'8 and below have some sort of Napoleon complex.
I'm 6'2 and my two best friends are 5'8 and 5'5. Both of them are angry little frickers....

I have a former friend that still owes me $200 not including his half of the rent for one month when we were roommates.
I'm sure my sister owes me some money from about 20 years ago.
I'm in no position to give out money now so people don't even think about asking me....

More than likely, you'll be going to court. Highly doubt a judge or jury would convict you, but you will be paying lawyer fees. The law doesn't protect you as a home/land owner. ...
