I often see this statement, but in various articles, it is reported that "Bragg, who was tasked with proving Trump had an affair with Stormy Daniels and then paid her a certain amount in hush money, was successful in doing so."
If this is how anyone is reporting it then that is a d...
Trump probably has at least 100 violations in the trial to appeal but this should only come down to the one most basic violation. A person and a business has a right to conduct legal business to protect their personal and business privacy. As you go through the acts Trump and Trump Corp. took th...
The Democrats wanted to make Trump a convicted felon so they could use it against him every minute of the campaign. Its been reported that little Soros puppy is telling democrats to say convicted felon as much as possible. While the Democrats see this as a their winning strategy to damage Trump,...
Uh, yeah...hence the charge of falsifying business records
This where I think Trump attorneys failed. Trump is the brand of Trump businesses, this has been stated and argued many times in the media. So if Trump is the brand then the payment to his attorney is a legitimate expense...
and the judge didn’t allow expert witness to discuss the law on said crime; that’s how kangaroo courty this was….
This is where I think all Trump defense attorneys are very weak.. they don't seem to put up a strong fight. Call the witnesses and force the judge to go on record to s...
No. It was the removal.of Nixon. Nixon was almost as popular as Reagan and they took him out after the people reelected him....
Are they honest enough to see that the same tactics can be turned against them, their family, friends, employer, etc? This is not about Trump anymore, this is about weaponization of the legal system by special interest for special interest. This is bad enough on an extremely small scale of an ag...
In order to get SCOTUS to want to get involved before lower courts, I believe they need to see more actions of where they nefarious Trump cases will quickly lead. To show this to SCOTUS, there needs to be some ridiculous counter lawfare by the red states and red DAs. One wild example would be fo...

I finally got in to donate but now have questions. The donations say they go to Trump National Committee JFC, a joint committee of Donald J Trump and the RNC ... And it's not tax deductible.??? Then there is WinRed, again says contributions are not tax deductible. I don't care about the tax d...
Why would you need clarification on that metaphor? Perhaps someone is trying to convince another juror that he is guilty? That might imply that they are close to having this wrapped up.
Remember their are two attorneys on the jury. Maybe the judge confused them with the instruc...
Suppose, on the other hand, the witness testified that it was clear as she walked to the subway, that she went into the subway and got on the train and that while she was on the train, she saw passengers come in at one station after another carrying wet umbrellas and wearing wet clothes and r...
I like to find the lemons out of crisis and I may have found one. If Trump is found guilty on this sham, this should open the door from all sorts of political prosecutions that were previously off limits. This should mediately reverse the previous DOJ decision to not prosecute Biden for his clas...
My first reaction is, WHY? Why did anthem need to push an incentive for the vaccine? What was the business reason for the need to pay bonus to get the shot? What was anthem receiving from another party to push the shot? Who was paying Anthem to offer the incentive? I am certain Anthem...
An example like that is often used to explain what circumstantial as opposed to direct evidence is, but usually with snow instead of rain.
Using Merchans analogy, he is somewhat telling the jury that if the street is wet then you can infer it snowed even if it's summer and you did ...

I don't think being armed would be the right response in this situation because of the others around that would likely be shot by the criminal. Instead, I fully support vigilantism that allows victims to hunt down and levy justice at time of their choosing....
The way I see it is if I were the jury foreperson I would immediately vote on whether there was a conspiracy. This is the corrupt legal opinion the judge has given the jury great leeway. They don't have to agree on what the conspiracy is, just that there was a conspiracy. If one juror votes may...

The liberal media lost 1/2 the country several years through ideological bias. Now they are going to lose another 1/2 of what support they still have because they double downed and started calling them names. This is another segment of society that will see the liberal lies and manipulations and w...
