Sounds good to me. People who don't want children and probably won't make great parents choosing not to have kids is better than the alternative.
Plus, it helps with traffic, and traffic is bad enough already....

Up in Kansas there was a 100mph gust, a few 80s, a couple 70s, and a bunch of 60s and 50s.
