It’s been years. Started as a way to take a focal point away from the ump and supposedly get more called strikes. I’ve searched and have never found the proof.
Really, I think it that was an excuse to protect knees and extend mlb catcher careers a couple years. ...

Looks more like he turned a little sharp and had to finagle out of what he scraped and the situation he got himself in to. That doesn’t look like vandalism at all. Go look around campus, I bet you find that paint on something. ...

I love both but Tre played an athletic but unorthodox 1st base. He has defensive ‘happy feet’ and ‘spin around’ hitches in his swing. He’s got to fix all that and he certainly isn’t a MLB infielder. He’s an outfielder. ...

Culture and coaching. The players gave us glimpses of what they were capable of, they just didn’t do it.
