Switched from ATT to Verizon about 8 years ago ... been happy ever since. Never have I called customerservice and gotten anyone that didn't obviously speak English natively, couldn't say that for the former....

Too bad the cop won't have to justify exigent circumstances to violate the 4A on the wrong address. Qualified Immunity is almost always guaranteed if they *say* it was an honest mistake.
