A forester will put the value on the timber as retro cost basis and an appraiser or re agent can put the bare land value on the dirt. I do these all of the time and they are a pain but it’s the right thing to do. ...

That’s what I’m hoping for. Trying to find someone in the business. It’s double paned insulated with bevel cut on the outside. I just found out the maker of the door is out of business but there has to be another manufacturer that I can buy the glass from or get it directly from the glass shop ...
