Funny, Jim Flores and Billy Rucks started out with a single wide in Grand Chenier La. Once they hit it big both spent millions making their weekend spots very nice.

$1.6 is $109,000 for fair plan wind/hail, $500,000 is $28,000 for coastal plan wind/hail. Fire at that location might be $15,000, volunteer FD drives rate....

Ratoon is the word you’re looking for and typically two years for max harvest.
Fing Bob Odem tried to build a cane plant in Rapides but thankfully it never happened. The lacassine plant never was used and we are still paying for his graft and corruption....

Bill Dore owns that and doesn’t care if it sells, we lease 10 blinds and it’s very productive.
Neighbor across the street spray foamed the bottom of that camp when they had a moister problem.

So, i should have the office bill for 1,2 or 3 rod rentals up front even though i only had 2 on the boat because 1 couldn't make the trip. Some mornings i can lose 2 and only fish 1 guy.
Rental rods have been the norm at the lodge for 20 years and rarely does it cause problems. Many days if i only ...

Google Ert confirms, plenty cars/trucks on blocks. I think this is where my childhood buddies grew up, went to Southwood when they were pretty good in football. Their parents still live in the same house and watched the hood bloom around them....
