I think there goal is to separate out the dining business and the real estate. Drive the dining portion into the ground by being cheap and paying rent to the real estate side. Dining portion goes under. They still hold the valuable real estate.
They are doing the same thing with hosptials....

Curious about the same thing. Seems like from what I read online that exercise makes them worse or get bigger. Not lifting doesn’t seem to be a good answer....

1) all attitude problems aside, she didn’t look like someone who should be in the exit row. She could barely walk due to obesity.
2) I’m amazed at the people flying these days. I only do it a handful of times per year because it is so expensive, but it seems like people of all economic backgrounds ...

Eat 2200 calories a day. Log your food on paper or app.
Try to walk several days a week.
Lift weights 4+ days per week.
Eat 150 grams protein per day.
Drink a good bit of water.
That took 4 inches off of my navel measurement. Still got some to go. Still eat some good stuff just in small quant...
