Stretches in the jail cell (according to him)

Driven back to course by owner and billionaire.

After putting him in cuffs and in the car, it was known who he was and they continued to proceed tells me the LPD has no self awareness. Somebody had to call it in so the station knew, other cops around, a supervisor.
How does someone not say look cut him loose and we will finish the investig...
