Jackson’s demographics are heavily black.
LAUSD’s numbers are likely spiked high for immigrants from Asia and south of the border, meaning they are ESL (English as a Second Language) students.
Ebonics doesn’t qualify for ESL no matter what Oakland wants to claim....

The DVD releases had the miniseries separate then incorporated it into the season 1 set. Made it confusing as frick when trying to buy the series....
