Beat UGA and we're in. We'll get an RPI boost from playing UGA, UK, and another SEC team.
Lose to UGA and I think we're in if USC loses too.
I'd feel better if we lose and florida loses than Vandy. I think it's easier to have us in above florida than vandy...

Probably vanderbilt in that scenario. Bama is ahead of vandy currently and both will have gone 0-1 in the SECT.
I don't see a scenario where bama is #11. Florida plays vandy so the loser of that game will remain behind alabama...

I'm sure they intend to assess Jump's arm Tuesday morning and if they feel he's good to go on short rest they'll hope for around 70 pitches from him. If his arm isn't ready then I'd expect Herring. If we win I think we will throw out someone like Hurd or Coleman vs Kentucky and pitch Holman in the n...

Disagree entirely. We underperformed. I think we mismanaged the bullpen a lot of weekends and that ended up costing us a few games. I also don't think Jay did enough to manufacture offense and get out of DP situations when our offense wasn't performing well. I also think Jay did a bad preseason eval...

We were left out in 2011 with 13 sec wins and 27 RPI. SEC wasn't quite as highly respected at that time, but I'd still feel a lot better with another win

Coaches will probably assess Jump and if they feel he's ready then it'll be him. Otherwise I think you start Herring and try to win it with him, Little and the pen. If you can win that game then you can pitch someone like Hurd, Coleman, Hellmers in game 2 since it's double elimination and then have ...
