We could be having a lot of 12 win teams: Florida (if loses 2 of 3) LSU (If wins 2 of 3) Ole Miss (if loses 2 of 3) Vandy (if swept) Bama (if swept by Auburn [unlikely]) Would be interesting to see how many SEC teams make it if something like this happens....

I disagree about appreciation. The property may not appreciate as quickly as land or a typical house, but I know people have made money on townhomes or condos that the owned for a few years....
