So far going well. Just using light weights on everything.
I only plan on hitting Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for a month or so and then will probably do something like Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
My 15 year old son is going to hit the weights with me this summer. ...

Win the series vs Ole Miss. Don't get swept at Bama. Win 2-3 in the SEC tourney and you probably have a real chance. LSU may have struggled some this season, but still lots of talent and defending Champs. The selection committee knows that....
