We do not have much chance of winning this thing to be honest. We have used our 2 best pitchers, and they are done for the rest of the tournament. Winning 3-4 games without Holman and Jump seems unreasonable. ...

OP, I live downtown and play Wildcat the most. Tour18 and Golf Club of Houston are also great. ...

I do a daily workout of 50 pushups, 50 squats, 50 lunges, 50s wall sit, and 50s plank. It is pretty trivial but it gets the blood flowing.
I split my murph into:
1 mile run
20 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats.
1 mile run
The pullups are the limiting factor for me. Everything els...
