Why take away an advantage that was earned by winning?
Maybe there is more to this than I know (since I have no idea), but it just smacks of “level the playing field” after the fact.

I just can’t see them letting Pierce go.
His record is just 0.006 off from Augie, and his would be the shortest tenure of a full-time Texas baseball coach since 1910. They are the Pittsburgh Steelers (3 coaches since 1969) of college baseball coaching tenure.

I don’t carry any live tv, so ESPN is the hole in the boat. I don’t want to subscribe to a new package, but would be willing to do a month of ESPN+.
