Nah, not if you are building to the new flood elevations. Insurance at your neighbors height might be 3X what your elevated house is. I'd much rather tall house pad than stilts. ...

Starfish is the best food and good pricing IMO.

You can make the Louisiana food anywhere. Hell, the food board cookbook will get you pretty much settled for Louisiana food.
Baton Rouge is a bigger shite hole than New Orleans, at least New Orleans has decent places to go and do thing...

I see starfish mentioned already, its the best place to eat on the island.
Hurricane Hole is good but really too expensive, especially for what you get.
I am a detractor here, but Joebobs food isn't very good IMO.

A Tacoma can pull a 21ft bay boat. A nauticstar 214 is only 1550lbs, even with trailer and gear you have plenty of margin for error....

Geico looks to beat progressive right now, by a lot. I had progressive since 2014 and I recently switched to geico for auto because of the price hikes from progressive the past couple of years and it was WAY cheaper. I don't know who else I am going to get a quote from. These quotes are a PITA....

I prefer a hanger, hose reels suck and rolling one on a hanger is pretty easy. Maybe the Eley is worth $200+ but I will never find out. ...
