7.1 at 386lbs. Junior year.
6.2 at 275lbs senior year.
5.7 at 230lbs college junior.
Ive always been slow.
I actually ran only 0.1 seconds slower while carrying the smallest member of our team junior year :lol:
Eta: most of those times were probably a second too fast :lol:...

Once or twice a week I'll cook a main and 2 or 3 sides that are simple for dinner.
Once a week I'll generally do an authetic italian dish from vincenzos plate on youtube, or open paul prudhommes cookbook and dive into one of his four hour monstrosities.
