I used to run in downtown Alexandria early in the morning and never felt unsafe. Never saw a busted car window either, unlike Nola.

I love those cinnamon rolls. The chocolate donut is good too, as is the strawberry pop tart knock off. I don't eat them too often as I try to rely more on whole foods, but dang they are good AND satiating. ...

I obviously know nothing about Nicole's diagnosis, but my mom (also a non-smoker) was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer (nsclc) over 12 years ago and she's still here. Hopefully Nicole gets the care and treatment she needs to get through it....

To piggyback...if you have an I bond or any other bond through TreasuryDirect, make sure you set that up correctly too. My dumbass apparently set up two registrations for my dad, one POD. Well....the bond is in the other. So I'm jumping through a ton of hoops plus dealing with an incompetent BOA ...

We knew he must have died. Hadn't seen him the past few trips and we've been there more than usual the past year.
He asked my husband to help him get something off a shelf at Walgreen's once, and he was really rude. At least we didn't get stabbed. :lol:...
