The hopedale area changes every year. Last year my buddy caught lots of big trout almost year round never leaving the MRGO. This year the pattern seems to change on a weekly basis.
Seems like the best reports right now are happening in the port sulfur/GI areas ...

Whole lot of dinks. Swells were way too big to make our way to the barges so we just fished the rocks in belle pass. Water clarity was not great. Still cool to put eyes on some new stuff. Can’t wait to try Grand isle....
