Former South Carolina offensive lineman announced Monday that he has committed to Baylor. Per On3:

The 2023 season was Fugar’s redshirt sophomore campaign, meaning he will have two years of eligibility remaining with the Bears.
Fugar went through the transfer process for a second time in his career. He began at Western Illinois before landing at South Carolina ahead of the 2023 season. Going through spring practice, Fugar eventually played in 10 games for the Gamecocks with four starts.
