Best bang for your buck for lodging for the game? Leave the 31st and coming back either the 2nd or 3rd. Guna wait til closer before we attempt to get tickets. Also may just find an lsu bar or party to watch it. Any info would be greatly appreciated

We are staying at the Venetian. That is one of my favorites along with Caesar’s.

If you are looking for a bargain in a good location, I would check out the Paris and the places around there.

Ive stayed at a lot of hotels and I feel excaliber is best bang for the buck. Sometimes the flamingo is around the same price and it’s also a decent spot to stay.

Booked the Luxor months ago. Decent rate and close proximity to Allegiant.

I was looking to pay under $300 a night. Averaged out to $285 night for 5 days in a Pyramid Elite Suite.

If your a gambler...Sign up for MGM Rewards, take a trip to the Beau Rivage, play some slots with your players card in the machine. Shortly after that trip you could very likely be able to book the Luxor or Excalibur as a comp.

I think you guys are misunderstanding. I've already booked the Luxor months ago and yes, I did book through my MGM Rewards. My comment was directed at the OP for a decent hotel.

I intended to reply to the OP's comment. Sorry for the confusion

the dude asked for best bang for your buck. i dont think spending 4-500 a night on the venetian qualifies as a good bang for your buck. I have been to vegas alot and I see no reason to overpay for hotels there. I am always moving around in vegas and basically just sleep in the hotel. The recently renovated rooms in excaliber are plenty good enough for my head and a fraction of the cost of the venetian. but everyone has their own way of doing things.

The prices of hotels vary week to week in comparison to each other depending on events etc. It looks like for that weekend, center strip hotels are all around the same price, the Horseshoe isn’t a bad option.

Excalibur and Luxor are bottom of the barrel Strop hotels but I have no problem with either, within walking distance to the stadium.

The Palms has had some pretty good rates since it reopened. It’s still pretty nice too.

Luxor is good for proximity. If you want mid strip do Mirage or TI

Best bang that's decent is Flamingo. The location is the best thing they have going for them. Paris is a step above and worth the extra money.
