Sorry for the confusion but I have FuboTV and I love them and I think they are the best live streaming out there but I am paying $90 something a month. I am thinking about getting sling tv bundle for $50 something a month and getting the AirTV that can combine local channels with sling. Can I do all that on my Apple TV or is it complicated?

All I can offer is: I have Sling TV app on my Roku and it works flawlessly. The sports package for $11 is great.

Does the AirTV work with AppleTV?
You can definitely do SlingTV on the AppleTV as Sling is just an app, like Fubo.

I'd double check about AirTV though as AppleTV has "Channels" as well as HDHomeRun (for silicondust TV tuners) that most people use with AppleTVs.

I have used Apple TV ever since I cut the cord back in 2013 and I like it better than Roku and Amazon fire. After doing research, I just hook up the antenna to the airtv anywhere and it will run off of WiFi to the Apple TV and I should have everything on the sling app. I hope it goes smooth like others online have said.

The reason to use the air TV over channels and a hdhomerun is airtv is integrated into the sling app.

When I got sling I got the largest airTV DVR. I have 0 issues with airTv+sling.

While wifi would work for the airTv, hard wire it if you can. The less you have over your wifi th better. Especially if it's permeant devices like an Apple TV or airTv.
