I'm not familiar with the KY race, but that outcome seems disconcerting in the big picture.

28,000 morons voted libertarian because they'd rather have a Democrat they never agree with win the governor's race instead of a Republican they agree with 80-90% of the time.

Sometimes a person can be that bad

Bruce Rauner won as a Republican in Illinois. Larry Hogan won as a Republican in Maryland. Thats as Republican as this vote is Democrat.

He will have trouble passing anything there

I mainly blame Libertarians for being such a pathetic bunch of un-self-aware douchetools that they never ask themselves why, in 50 years of existence as a party, they've never been able to elect so much as a single congressman. Five decades have been good practice for talking a good game about "liberty" without actually doing jack shite about it though.
