State holiday either Juneteenth or Jefferson Davis Birthday. You don't get both.

June19th is supposedly the day that the last black people were emancipated due to the news traveling slowly in those days. I never understood the right wing angst over this holiday; it seems like the kind of thing we SHOULD celebrate. I fly my American flags every year on June 19th.
