Trump Wants Rubio for ONE Reason

He wants someone who can campaign for him speaking Spanish to the Latinos. If Rubio was a hillbilly like me who can't speak Spanish, he would not even be in the same hemisphere for the VP discussion.

Rubio is a dope in all languages and Trump doesn't need to speak anything other than English to be able to connect
FWIW, one of the biggest mistakes the Dems made last cycle was to treat Hispanics as a monolith. He's Cuban. To many Mexicans and Central Americans he might as well be full gringo

No doubt, if you're not speaking fluent spanish you'll fail at reaching to spanish speaking voters.

If we are going by 2016 Trump, Rubio is the logical choice.
He's milquetoast like Pence, to attract mainstream voters. Ideology does not matter to Trump, just loyalty and the ability to bring in votes.

I’m sorry, but Rubio brings nothing to the table. Trump’s going to win Florida in a landslide. I guess it’s possible that he might get a few more Hispanic votes, but they’re all pissed about the border and that’s why they’re voting for Trump.
