Probably the most presidential statement he's ever released.
The "which will be portrayed as chaos" part is kind of dumb though. Trump thrives off chaos since he's not a good politician and everything he does is already portrayed as being chaotic anyways.

I agree. However, what is vacating the Speaker chair going to do for us now? It's bad optics and bad politics in a presidential election year. It's all the worse considering we vacated the chair already just last year.
