Appointments matter. It sucks that important appointments have to go through the Senate that is a controlled body full of RINOs, MIC simps, and leftists.

Now you see the problem that ANY president will face. Anyone we want will have to be approved by the very beast we want to defeat. Impossible job.

I think your anger is misplaced. The appellate court isn’t the issue here, it’s the DOJ and selective prosecution. I hope SCOTUS takes up this case and corrects this injustice.

The Supreme Court is the only thing holding us back from becoming Canada or Britain I give it less than a decade before that final line of defense falls.

Agreed. The left will melt if the Supreme Court grants Trump presidential immunity and I’m here for it. The dems are the ones mounting a full frontal assault on our “democracy” with their total lawfare scheme. The Supreme Court needs to step in and put a halt to the madness.

And RINOS vote with the demorats in the senate because they want to appear bipartisan and grant the presidents appointments because they won the election. They appear to be high and mighty to our detriment.

The loudmouth had his day in court, represented by lawyers, tried and found guilty. No proof of immunity nor presidential order nor even confidential information exclusion kept him from being held accountable for breaking a lawful executed subpoena from the US Congress. Thems the breaks.
4 months jail time.

The District of Columbia should be reduced to only traffic courts.

How many times has the Lib SCOTUS judges not voted the same and never vote for anything seeming Conservative, even if the rule of law allows it.

You realize that dropping that rule benefitted Trump and his SCOTUS nominees? Correct? Barrett was 52-48. Kavbaw was 50- 48 and Gorsuch got in with 54 votes.

Care to rethink your 60 vote advocacy?
