All empires will eventually fall.

The Romans, Persians, Ottomans, British, Egyptian, Babylonian,
Byzantine, Greeks, Mayan, Spanish, Inca, Aztec, Soviets, etc.

What do they all have in common?

No empire can last the will of time.

The US will fall one day. Especially on the path that we’ve taken. We’re broke and bankrupt, and this won’t change for a long time. We’re being invaded and our own politicians support it.

There’s only one kingdom that’s everlasting. All we can do is accept that kingdom and hope for the best.

The Roman Republic fell and was replaced by the Roman Empire before the empire fell a few hundred years later.

We are rapidly approaching the point where Caesar crosses the Rubicon or has the Ides of March.

It's happening now.

Every institution we have is being abused and corrupted.

Presidency (the president is not even in control)
Military (has been filled with social activists)
Congress (almost 100% corrupt and bought)
Judicial Branch (has crossed the Rubicon and is willing to go outside of interpreting the law honestly and fairly)

The biggest issue is that we are bankrupt.

It could be argued the U.S. has already fallen.

I think our Rubicon moment was electing Obama.

“In these sentiments, Sir, I agree to this Constitution, with all its faults, if they are such; because I think a General Government necessary for us, and there is no form of government, but what may be a blessing to the people if well administered; and believe further, that this is likely to be well administered for a course of years, and can only end in despotism, as other forms have done before it, when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic government.” Ben Franklin

The US as founded is certainly dead. We are in some ugly bizarro version of it now where the unproductive and ultra-elite have enslaved the productive to fund their lifestyles

The thing you have to remember is they generally didn’t think they had fallen. It wasn’t an overnight event.

The US "falling" isn't necessarily a bad thing. If it's "we the people" who do what's necessary, rather than an enemy state.
Personally, I believe we will see some large scale event attempting to bring us to our knees sooner rather than later. IMHO

For those of us who were born in the days after WWII, and remember what real unity, vision, strength, freedom and prosperity felt like...this Nation has already fallen. In both the people's vision and the basic rejection of Constitutional Principle by the *Government* which was designed to promote and defend such.

The consequential 'fall' of the which you speak of worldly sense is very close, as this Forum realizes that such is the plan/strategy of those who imagine and implement their "fundamental change" Globalist DEI ideology. IMO, that Globalist form of government will rule, and last about 7 years before turning on the very people it purports to serve. "By their fruits ye will know them".

Humanity has one more great lesson to learn before moving to the next 'Utopian' civilizational paradigm. Think Jesus, given our innate limitations/flaws/'sin'.

Strap in. The fall will be extraordinarily dramatic.

The American Experiment has only existed for the blink of an eye. In fact, the current iteration providing universal suffrage for all adults has only been around for just over 100 years. No institution can have that kind of democratic input and last.

Whether it is a corporation, a family, or a nation state, when everyone has a voice, chaos will follow. When things have become dysfunctional and sclerotic enough, people will choose order again as they have throughout recorded history.
