Egypt is poor. Saudi, and to a lesser extent Jordan, tell the US what to do when it comes to Middle East policy as long as it’s approved by Israel - and Israel wants as many Arabic people as possible moved from the ME to the US and Europe.

That doesn't explain why Saudi and Jordan would listen to Israel. Even if the rest of that were true.
