The University of North Carolina Board of Trustees just met and surprisingly voted to end all DEI funding immediately.

Those funds will be transferred to campus security departments.

Go look up the bogus papers James Lindsay and Peter Boghosian submitted and were treated like real studies. Some published too.

There must be some lawsuits scaring them or word that a bunch of lawsuits over DEI initiatives are coming. That's the only way they would relent on this.

LSU never really bought into the DEI BS....they wanted to form committees to rename everything etc and when Tate (God Bless him) took over he halted all that BS saying that it was divisive and a waste of time and resources.

I was pretty proud of my Alma Mater at that point....for the first time outside of sports really.

No it’s not lawsuits, just a very conservative state legislature and really conservative university governance.
