Simple folks. Simple fun.
*************************
Should be easy, fun challenges for you, MemphisGuy:
1) IF all rivers, lakes and ocean water are level and flat (and considering 72% of the earth is water), how and why would you reconcile its oceans are concave AND on a round, ball earth?
2) How do you "know" for sure the Earth is Round?... Spinning 1000 MPH?...AND at the same time orbiting the Sun at 66,600 MPH?
3) If the earth is spinning at 1000 miles per hour from West-to-East (approx 17 miles per minute at the Equator), why don't aircraft or a balloon merely just use the earth's alleged "spin" against itself by hovering in the air for 3 hours to reach a destination 3,000 miles away?

Retard's quote:
Everyone needs to remember that OP doesn’t think bricks could be transported by boat from Maine to Florida in the 19th century.[/quote]
Your memory" is reinforced by lies and wishful thinking by a drunken pinhead. I don't blame you.
Let's set the record straight.
That thread is great. The subject is great. The quote is wrong. The claim is wrong. The special needs poster (*hiccup*) doesn't have the integrity or IQ points (or sobriety
) to be honest.
The claim by "historians" (with ZERO docs, data, or evidence the Fort Jefferson starfort was "built" at the claimed timeline in 1840s.
1) ALL 16,000,000 (million bricks, ) were first somehow fabricated by a defunct, untrackable Maine brickworks during the 1840s.
2) ALL 16,000,000 million bricks we are told were loaded onto 1840s seacraft / clippers for YEARS; then the 3,000 ROUND-TRIP journey from Maine to a Florida Key isle commenced over and over (to it's supposed dumping point -- an area underwater )
3) THEN its phantom architect for some odd reason planned and built it's foundation (UNDER water), phantom masons allegedly constructed it (but stopped during the Civil War, whence we are told it was "never completed, turning into a prison, then totally neglected and ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY. That's right -- a 16,000,000 brick starfort completely abandoned.)
I ask -- does ANY of this "historical" yarn make any rational sense at all? Again -- there is absolutely ZERO documentation to prove this entire impossibility.
Everyone needs to remember ONLY someone with a 8th grade education (BeerJeep-80-IQ) could and would believe the Once-upon-a-time" Fairy Tale of Fort Jefferson (and it's laughable fictional account of it 16 million brick, 3,000 mile journey in the 1840s).
Bravo!!

When none of this happens will you come back and answer to your nonsense?
Did you even read more than one sentence of this OP?
Come back and answer to what exactly? I'm just the messenger.
Want me to return to say the reports were nonsense and overhype to begin with?
That afterall, Gov DeWine was an over-officious tool and Big Goob nitwit for declaring an "State Emergency", causing many to panic or worry necessarily?
There are several moving parts to what's become a series story.
Some of you need to realize we aren't in Kansas anymore. Sorry if it stings.

Making bricks isn’t exactly difficult. Brick construction has existed, even in the Americas, for almost 10k years (THAT WE KNOW OF!)
How many bricks can fit on a clipper? Well, a Spanish galleon can carry 550 tons of cargo. Average red brick weighs about 4lbs. That means a galleon could carry 275k bricks per shipload.
That means the fortress was constructed from 58 shiploads of bricks. That’s a lot, but far from some impossible feat, especially considering that ships in the 19th century could carry significantly more than 17th century galleons.
There’s a lot of architecture and history out there that doesn’t really make any logical sense, but this isn’t really one of those things. It probably was more of a government corruption money laundering scheme than some Tartarian conspiracy.

The fact that you think these are good points just solidifies the fact that you don’t actually believe anything you post. A 4th grader could answer these questions.
But, while we’re laughing at flat earthers, my favorite is the density vs gravity argument.

quote:Will beejon be posting on April 8th?
On April 8, the moon will blot out the sun over a significant portion of the US, plunging cities from Texas to Maine into several minutes of darkness.
But there will be another exciting astronomical event to keep an eye out for.
For the first time in 71 years, Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks, a.k.a the "Mother of Dragons" or "Devil comet," is coming relatively close to the sun. Don't worry, it's not going to collide with Earth.
This unusually large comet is estimated to be as big as Mount Everest, and it gets its nickname "Devil comet" from the horn-shaped outbursts located in its coma — the localized cloud of gas, dust, and ice particles that wraps the comet's solid nucleus in a nebulous envelope.
During the total solar eclipse, when the moon completely eclipses the sun, the skies will darken enough that you may barely be able to see the Devil comet with your naked eye. Or you can whip out a pair of binoculars or a telescope.
WIll HRC be having a sex ritual that will crown her President?
Scissors/Huma? Was it the Pain Train that made the funniest HRC scissors gif?
Will Otto's housemate (Not Sassy RIP) be posting?
