To a large extent he is right. We went full sheeple on the lockdowns. We as sheeple largely complied. Sure there were many who bitched, but our local leaders on the state and municipal levels largely complied without real protest or resistance.
Take Whitmer and the seed thing. If Home Depot and others did not bend over and say, yes, may I have another.

I was for DeSantis in the primaries, so save for his abortion of a campaign (really, attacking Trump for defending the Pulse Night Club shooting?), I don’t like shitting on the best governor in America. And per capita and adjusted for age Florida was like #21 in Covid deaths, only one spot below California if memory serves me correctly.

It's the "checkpoint Charlie's" that did the work. Cuomo just gave the order and the "Karens" took over. There's also the bullshite fines which technically were his fault.

You think that was his only statement on the topic. He said NUMEROUS times that Cuomo did a better job on Covid than Trump.
