It's just my theory. My problem with this case is the amount that's at issue. If you were attempting to bring out damning information about a billionaire while he was running for President, wouldn't you ask for more money? The amount at issue seems like what you would ask of someone who is upper middle class.

Not really.
It relies on a corrupt prosecutor AND a corrupt judge.
This case wouldn’t hold water even if there were no problems with the witnesses.

If the judge had an ounce of integrity, which I know he doesn't, he would excuse the jury and throw the case out.
I was thinking hung jury, but now I wouldn't doubt we see an acquittal based off Cohen's testimony.
