It is obvious, when looking at that judge, this country has been played and the player has been doing this for centuries.

That's a different conversation and one I'm willing to have but that's not the system we currently operate under. I would say the fact that she only dismissed charges against "half" of them is because the State didn't do their part in proving they were there. I may be wrong and if I am then I retract what I said and will agree she is an activist judge doing progressive things.
