Israel should give Biden a choice of two, and only two, options:

1) Allow us (Israel) to conquer Rafah in any military manner that we see fit. Allow us to apply our own (Israel's) notions and rules about humanitarian concerns. We admit that our rules are not the same as your rules. Our rules are close to the Old Testament methods of conquest of an enemy. We know that your rules, POTUS Biden, are not. Do not threaten further US military assistance to Israel if you choose this Option.
2) Either accept Option 1, or, the US military takes control of this conquest of Rafah, uses its own military resources and personnel, applies the Joe Biden Rules of Warfare and gets the job done that way. Additionally, the USA agrees to accept as new refugee immigrants any and all Palestinian civilians that remain after Rafah is conquered by the US military.
Israel should announce to the American people: Do you really want to help Israel, as you insist that you do? If so, urge your President to accept one of these two options - because the nation-state of Israel is telling you that this is the way to truly help Israel.
If you are serious about helping Israel and not just talking to make yourself feel good, urge President Biden to implement our plan and choose an option.
Hamas will be totally destroyed as a threat to Israel if either Option is implemented.

That's as realistic as totally destroying rats, roaches or mosquitoes.
95+ percent of "Palestinians" want what Hamas wants. You would have to eliminate "Palestine" end this particular conflict, but that would create several new conflicts. The only true end would be the annihilation of Israel while democrats controlled the US military.

What is the underlying logical basis for this opinion of yours?
Israel would agree to Option 2. It would help Israel immensely.
And for those who would question whether the American People want to help Israel, I would suggest that you observe carefully. You'll see that a good majority of the Am People want to help Israel. Some, out of a sense of Religious duty to protect God's Chosen. Others from a sense of sympathy for what happened in WW2.
