If Trump Gets convicted, even if overturned later, should the House impeach Biden?

The Dem's want to call Trump in their political ads a "convicted felon" to make him look bad.
That being said, it seem like the House should impeach Biden so GOP can use this in their attack ads.
The only difference is Biden is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Biden should be impeached for any impeachable offense regardless of what happens with anyone else.
