Georgia pass law requiring all absentee ballots are submitted an hour after polls close

Laws mean nothing if you don’t enforce them. There were laws on the books last election that were purposely ignored and no one did shite about it. This means nothing when the first judge they run to after the election either rules no standing or simply tosses the law.

yeah now you need this in AZ, NV, WI, MI and PA

Why pass this now and not immediately after the 2020 election? Everyone with a brain knows the process was to fill in absentee ballots with the information of registered voters who didn’t vote. Everything else was simply a distraction.This was the reason why the swing states needed so much time post Election Day. No recount or casual audit would change the total or show fraud. The real question is why now?

Another potential bonus is if Trump wins we can stop hearing this kind of pissy shite too.

I suggest it's enforced by placing national guard, army, etc at EVERY station to close poles down, period

exactly right. American Idol can count millions of votes during a commercial break, but we need two weeks to count election ballots. if that doesn't spell corruption ,I don't know what does!

So this means they will need to commit their fraud the week before the election and start harvesting early or fraudulently fill them out early. Unless I'm missing something, I don't see how this is huge win for fair elections. The same crap can happen again. Just do it earlier.

In 2020 the Democrats had 6 months to ballot harvest.

In 2021, the way I understand it, GA Legislature shrunk that down to less than 70 days. You have 70 days to request your absentee ballot. Fill it out and mail back in with ID. Your request gets processed. Your absentee ballot is mailed out. You fill it out and mail it back in and your vote is counted.

70 days is a tight window. About as tight as they could make it.

They also made it illegal to mail out ballot applications six months before the election like Raffensperger did in 2020.
