The Biden Justice Department informed Judicial Watch and the court that it would assert Exemptions 6 and 7(C) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to prevent the release of the two audio recordings of Biden’s interviews with Special Counsel Robert Hur. Exemption 6 applies to “personnel and medical files and similar files” when disclosure of such information “would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” Exemption 7 (C) applies to “records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes,” the disclosure of which “could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

That's subjective. Who decides whether the request warrants the invasion or personal privacy?
When you are voted into public office, you lose the right to personal privacy when it is at odds with the people's ability to provide oversight of your ability to execute your role.

It would force his handlers to have Biden come out, challenge the audio recording, then state the president of Mexico, al-Sisi was behind it all the misinformation about his well-being. Come on, man.

Leaked? Nadler, Schiff, Pelosi, etc would have been playing it live on CNN and MSNBC.
Another double standard we are just supposed to eat. Biden gets off for being senile, everything is swept under the rug with no transparency, and documents are quietly and discreetly taken from multiple places he had them, and his sharing of some info with a ghostwriter is quashed in the media…
…while Trump is being prosecuted, all of the evidence is laid out live on TV, his home is raided live on TV, and the media is in hysterics as to if anyone was shown anything.
