Come to grips that this is by design

It’s not incompetence, this is the plan.
I hear so many people talking about how they can’t wrap their minds around why this administration is doing these things. “Are they that stupid? I can’t believe they are this dumb!”
ITS BY DESIGN FOLKS
They’ve talked about it for years and once they finally initiated the plan via covid, they were able to follow it up by initiating the Russia/UK conflict which gave them the facade to carry it out and blame it on something else so the sheep wouldn’t see right through them.
They want to destroy the middle class, consolidate all the wealth at the top, bring domestic oil & gas to its knees, force green energy upon us no matter what it cost, make this country reliant on the rest of the world and continue to take more and more out of the private sector so that ultimately Govt controls all.
They are evil and they will pursue their goal by any means necessary. They know exactly what they are doing, this is their plan and has been for years.

I believe their plan was held at bay during the Trump years. They are pushing to catch up and stay on schedule.

How are the able to do this when they’ll get annihilated in the midterms because of all the thing they’ve done wrong the last two years?

Admittedly I'm a political dummy. I have never followed politics in my life until recnetly and even then wouldn't say I really keep up with it much. So again, this question comes from ignorance not as a "gotcha" type of thing.
What is it about the last decade or so that has pushed this leftist plan into action? Why now? If this is the end goal of the liberal democrat why didn't this plan of action begin 20, or 30, or 50 years ago? Why only just now?

You've summed it up pretty well. Finally someone who gets it. I wish that I could say the same for the majority of the population. It goes much deeper than just Republicans vs. the Democrats.

No disrespect intended, but this is the one thing I can't make sense of out of all this talk of globalism and the powerful forces sending us toward a new world order: How was Trump able to win the 2016 election if all these nefarious plans were already in place? Did evil-doers behind the scenes set all this up, only to cross their fingers and hope for a Hillary win come election day? Wouldn't they have done everything in their power to make sure Trump never happened?
It's like when I used to attend pro wrestling matches as a kid and the old guys in the audience insisted the whole deal was rigged, except for the title matches. That's when the guys go at it for real.
It doesn't add up to me.

I've been going back and forth on this. Regardless of whether Trump was truly an enemy of the Deep State/Globalist cabal or he's a double agent working as controlled opposition - look at the outcome.
Look at our society - how divisive, fragmented and broken we are as a society. Having had Trump in the spotlight, it only further removed any blurring of lines - everything now is more binary, the political climate has intensified 10-fold. Now the progressives can categorically dump any Christian, Conservative, alt-right, evangelical into the category of a Trump supporting, climate-change denying, anti-vaxxer, racist, bigot and homo/transphobe, violent gun-blazin' Jan-6 supporting domestic terrorist. Do you see what is happening now?

They underestimated the turn out for Trump.
They did not make the same mistake in 2020. Ergo 150+ Million votes cast of around 135 Million Registered Voters.
No fraud though. 15-20 million people same day registered and we had 100% voter turnout in this country for the first time ever.
