Is it human trafficking when a straight couple who can't conceive pay a surrogate? We shouldn't be tolerating the tranny insanity, but claiming surrogacy is human trafficking will harm good people as well. The focus should be on trannies, not the act of surrogacy. We should be publicly ridiculing them instead of passing laws that would take away rights from normal people as well.

Surrogacy is a contract between the surrogate and the receiving parent.
I think this individual getting a baby is a fricking horrible idea but shouldn’t be illegal.

If we can't find a way to limit surrogacy to healthy traditional families, then I'm all in favor of banning it to avoid wrenching a newborn from the arms of its mother to hand to a freak show like this.
