All this does is expand the definition of antisemitism as it applies to the following (title vi)
Prohibition against exclusion from participation in, denial of benefits of, and discrimination under federally assisted programs on ground of race, color or national origin
Schools discriminate against white people and are never punished, but I'm sure they will be held accountable for antisemitism. Once the jews control the speech again, their diversity dogs can go back to hating white people.

They don't investigate schools. They investigate people. People run schools. Those weren't schools at those congressional hearings, those were people. And the questions were very pointed about their opinions, past tweets, etc.
They were brought in for questioning in their capacity as university presidents, not as individual citizens, and were questioned about the conduct on the campuses they oversee.
The Constitution protects citizens from citation, arrest or imprisonment by the government for certain protected activities, that's it.
Freedom of speech or freedom to protest as a constitutional right is different from the concept of freedom of speech.
Just like when an athlete says something dumb and offensive, they don't get arrested, but that doesn't mean there aren't consequences for their actions (eg. losing sponsors).
The bill broadens a definition under the civil rights act as it applies to federally funded institutions under the department of education. The act already limits and curbs certain actions that are deemed to infringe on one's civil rights. This is nothing new.
There's nothing in the bill that criminalizes anything. The OP and Matt Walsh's tweet is misleading.

Bill doesn’t criminalize, it defines what antisemitism is.

I'm a pretty solid supporter of Israel and this appears to be anti-Constitutional bullshite.
