Probably going to claim some mental distress caused him to do it when he saw the bumper sticker. He will somehow switch the blame to the vehicle owner and some judge will be sympathetic to his TDS condition.

and dont forget he admitted to the cop he did it as well, so he is on video admitting to the crime, as well as the video of him committing the crime, and he still pleads not guilty.

No way that is the first time he has done that. Also, I bet he has had some other incidents like road rage, etc. Who does crap like that. It should cost that arse about $10K, but he probably will only pay the court costs, etc. She will have to sue him for the money to paint it. That is why he pled not guilty.

I think he legitimately didn’t remember doing it at first and wasn’t playing dumb. This tells me keying the car wasn’t that big of a deal to him and he has done it before.
