How the frick does one conduct a study to show black people are less healthy seeing white doctors than when they see a black doctor? My guess is the white doctors say "hey, guys, y'all might want to stop frying everything in straight lard." While the black doctors are saying, "I get my lard from the local corner store. It's the cheapest."

The argument I have heard is that black patients are more trusting of black doctors and therefore more likely to be honest about their health conditions and follow recommendations from physicians...and not surprisingly get better care and have better outcomes.
I can't say that's definitively true, but it doesn't sounds particularly unreasonable.

White Men started the Medical Schools, came up with the curriculum, pioneered virtually all of the techniques and ideas that make up modern medicine and made the United States the place to come to for the most advanced healthcare possible. Now that we got the whole thing up and running, we’re supposed to hand it over to a bunch of women, blacks and foreigners? If blacks don’t like White doctors, why not try Haiti or Niger?

White and Asian doctors are the only ones I’ll see now. It’s not because I prefer Whites or Asians, it’s because I don’t want a Didn’t Earn It practitioner when it comes to my health.
