I imagine he means things like protected classes or DEI programs providing equity to perceived people who need it or college admission race quotas. Not things such as the VA giving healthcare to combat vets for free for example.

No, because I don't want an employee with serious mental issues. It's kinda like choosing a girlfriend. She might be very smart and very pretty. But if she has tattoos all over the place it's a warning of mental disease that I don't want to deal with.
