Aransas Pass has achieved third world status

I have traveled to a number of developing countries and the most obvious picture taking opportunity is the family of 5 riding on a moped on a busy highway. Today in Aransas Pass, Texas, I passed a family of 4 riding on a moped, on a 4 lane highway

They had a single car accident just north of there on 35.

The closest section of 35 to Aransas Pass is San Antonio and that’s 150 mies away.
Not saying it’s impossible but it would take a hell of a lot for anything on 35 to spill that far down 37 to Corpus area.

True for I-35. But state highway 35 runs right through AP. Favorite DIL is correct.

Port Royal is still nice, and i actually prefer it to Cinnamon Shores, which is just so crowded
some of the old school Port A places back in town are still good too
