This piece of shite won't even allow her own words that counter her testimony to be entered.

This judge is like something out of a movie. Hell, it wouldn't even be believable in a movie.

Yeah that is BS. She told multiple outlets it was a lie. How can a judge not allow her words on public record, but allow her words in testimony?

No matter if the outcome is "guilty", this is going to get over turned.

Coming after the Trump legal team got him yesterday for prejudicing the jury by allowing her to testify, this is setting things up for appeal so much it isn’t funny.

Hoping one of the lawyers hangs the jury as not to disgrace their profession more than they already do.

It's just absurd isn't it.

Stormy testimony: i had sex with Donald Trump

Defense: you gave an interview where you said you didn't have sex with Donald Trump

Judge: nope. Nuh uh. Not going to allow it.

It's absolutely blatant.

At best for the judge, the lawyer probably should have laid the foundation by asking about interviews with X outlet then asking about the content of that interview.

But given the kind of shite allowed yesterday, being prevented from establishing potential perjury is a huge fricking problem.

How can he block the transcript already in evidence from being able to contradict Whormy’s testimony?

Which is why I ask.

I figure there will be probably 10-15 different point to argue for a mistrial or appeal based on today alone at this rate.

Because it's a fricking setup. He's a judge in an NYC courtroom and he can (and will) steamroll anything he wants. Due process be damned.
