Very Low flying plane owner Baton Rouge tonight?

Anyone know why a top wing twin engine plane is flying treetop level over Baton Rouge tonight?
It’s flying east to west in a straight line then back west to east right over us.
On Tara Blvd.
Anyone else seen this? It’s not mosquito abatement don’t seen any type of spray just crazy low flying.

You'd think south Louisiana people would have figured out for like at least 30+ years mosquito planes have been flying.

If it had AU painted on the tail I’m not sure why it would be flying here.
