Just spent $44 and feel it was justified.. girlfriend’s first time and is looking at me like I’m crazy.

Club Sandwich
Chopped Brisket Sandwich
Buc-Nuts
Coffee
Jerky

Granted 1/2 this is for later but still, I indulge at the Mecca

I don’t walk out of there under $100 because my wife feels like she won’t eat again for five days every time we go. An hour down the road we’re both stuffed and regretting it.

Every single time

it's like buying beers at the ballpark or popcorn at the movies. normal rules of supply and demand do not exist inside Buc-ee's.

but that seems like a lot of money for some gas station chow.

The fascination of bucee's is so odd. Get gas, take a leak and move on.

wtf kinda stupid arse thread is this??

“What’s the acceptable amount of money to spend at bucees?”

Hurrrdurrrrrrr…. Are you 12? Why you need the internet’s approval and validation for something so fricking stupid

The Internet and access to endless info was supposed to make us smarter, yet as a society, we’ve taken about 13 steps backwards

Full disclosure: I’m hangry so this was my prelunch rant/skyscreaming session

what a weird thread and topic to suddenly melt down over the nature of internet forums.

Family of 4 with two young kids. I feel lucky if I get out of there under $80. Stop every time we pass anyway though

If the wife and kids are sleeping and we pass it up, saves $100 and 45mins

Whatever you can afford with your own hard-earned money.

Doesn't affect me so I don't care.

Can you afford it without missing anything remotely meaningful in life?

If so, and it makes you happy, who cares?
